Challenge Valley Oak Systems is a leading provider of software to the insurance industry, and specializes in claims administration and risk management systems. The company's goal is to be the premier provider in its market space in North America. Valley Oak has established market leadership by delivering quality products, supported by a robust customer support organization. For more than 10 years, the company has been growing rapidly and has been recognized on the Inc. 500 list for several years. Valley Oak contacted BayCreative about developing a new ad campaign that would assist the company in continuing that growth.

BayCreative Solution In an effort to better understand the target audience for the ad campaign, BayCreative developed a set of questions for current and potential customers. We determined from this study that, although they sit at desks most of the day, potential customers think of their work in terms of movement. We also found that it is important to these customers to find a software solution that is easy to use and relatively carefree. We developed a campaign of three ads, all of which communicate to these issues on multiple levels and are relevant to the company's customers. The ads are now being deployed in several insurance industry publications, and have also been repurposed into animated web graphics on the company's web site, and used at key industry trade shows. These research-based ads are doing their job: increasing exposure of and positive associations with the Valley Oak brand, while promoting the company, and its solutions, in a positive manner.
