Marketing Department in a Box: Taleo
Challenge Taleo offers staffing and talent management solutions designed for customers ranging from small businesses to global enterprises, including Dow Chemical, Hewlett-Packard and UnitedHealth Group. They are a California based company with nearly $200 million in sales in 2009. With the intention of significantly growing their revenues in 2010, Taleo made developing new leads their primary focus. Taleo's goal was to utilize online advertising techniques and a customized, integrated marketing campaign to grow the awareness of their software and services within their target audience. BayCreative Solution Taleo brought these goals to BayCreative because of our consistent ability to create high-quality marketing materials and strategies. We worked with Taleo to develop, design and implement a three stage email campaign. These stages progressed from a general informational email, to a more specific educational email and finally the campaign finished with a targeted hard sell that included a client testimonial. Five online ad banners and a white paper augmented the email campaign, all of which were fully designed and produced by BayCreative. And all of these materials were crafted for maximum effectiveness through a unified aesthetic and a consistent messaging framework. The integrated marketing materials we created for Taleo yielded a result that far outstripped their initial goals in both leads and revenues. |
