Challenge Over the past few years, global enterprises have had to comply with a host of regulations. Software giant Oracle has developed a Compliance Architecture that helps companies meet today's compliance requirements while preparing for future regulatory mandates. When the company needed a concise way to explain Oracle Compliance Architecture, they asked BayCreative to develop the content for a 16-page brochure to be posted on the Oracle site, as well as distributed at Oracle OpenWorld.

BayCreative Solution The BayCreative author assigned to this project interviewed key management personnel at Oracle in order to ascertain the company's overall goals with the compliance program and key messages that needed to be conveyed. It became clear that Oracle's compliance architecture combines data security, reliability, and availability with integrated business and compliance processes, embedded internal controls, performance measurements, and enterprise content management, and we developed a brochure that effectively and clearly presents this information to the IT audience.
