BayCreative Solution The BayCreative team conducted qualitative research in order to gather credible data directly from SAM customers. This research involved in-depth interviews with a wide range of educators using SAM. We then evaluated this data and developed a dynamic and engaging white paper showcasing the results of the study. This white paper is used by the Thomson sales force, and also includes information about the features and benefits of SAM.
