Challenge Veritas (now Symantec) creates software solutions that help enterprises manage the data on which they run their businesses. One of their offerings, Veritas SANPoint Control, provides comprehensive storage resource management and end-to-end data path management. Veritas needed a white paper that would go beyond simply explaining the technology behind SANPoint Control and would explain the productÕs benefits from a business perspective. Veritas asked BayCreative to develop content, both text and illustrations, for a comprehensive white paper.

BayCreative Solution The BayCreative team met with technical and sales management staff at Veritas, and conducted a series of interviews with these individuals in order to fully understand the key messages that needed to be explained in the white paper. We also developed a series of illustrations to help explain SANPoint Control to a business audience. The result of these efforts was a 19-page document that clearly and succinctly explains the business benefits of this technology.
