Challenge Executives, Sales and Business Development teams at Freedom Financial Network utilize PowerPoint decks to describe the value of their consumer finance resolution services, establish credibility of their company and staff, and describe sales cycle and partner program processes. However, the existing slides were text-heavy, unstructured and contained inconsistent imagery and typefaces. This made it difficult to communicate several key messages that were vital to Freedom Financial Network: strong company culture, industry leadership, ease of doing business and proven ability to dramatically reduce client debt.

BayCreative Solution BayCreative collaborated with Freedom Financial Network to transform multiple PowerPoints into professional-looking and valuable sales and marketing tools. We role-played with Freedom Financial Networks as a prospect so we could see how they deliver the presentation. Then we spent time shadowing one of their Sr. Certified Debt Specialists to observe how he communicates with customers. BayCreative developed a new, more spacious PowerPoint template and dramatically reworked the content -- reducing the text count, improving the messaging, and adding new professional-looking illustrations, diagrams, tables and charts. To further illustrate the culture of Freedom Financial Networks, we conducted a comprehensive on-site photo shoot -- including executive portraits and at-work shots.
