We appreciate warm referrals and introductions to potential new clients, and we'd like to say "thank you" by offering you a reward for new business that you route to BayCreative.
New Client Referral Bonus:
- BayCreative will pay you 5 percent of the first 12 month’s payments received from the client
- We’ll sweeten the "deal" by bumping that up to a 10 percent payment on projects valued at $30,000 or higher
- Finally, to incent the prospective client, we'll give them a 10 percent discount off the second project they commission to BayCreative (note: the second project's fees must equal or exceed $5,000 to earn the discount)
- Rewards are paid on a quarterly basis
Participating in the BayCreative Referral Bonus Program is Simple:
- You complete the BayCreative Referral Program form
- We review the lead and confirm with you via e-mail if it is approved or not
- If approved, we will contact you to discuss the opportunity and collaborate on the best approach to engage with the prospect and introduce BayCreative
- You personally introduce BayCreative to the prospect— explaining, for example, how you know BayCreative and what your experience with us has been. A personal introduction is a strong motivator for new business
- BayCreative pursues the opportunity. We will keep you apprised of the status of the lead via e-mail and will confirm if we've landed the new business

BayCreative Referral Bonus Program Terms and Conditions:
The referral must be a new-name account for BayCreative; this means there is no current sales and service activity occurring within the account, or the account has been inactive for the past three years from the date of referral. BayCreative has sole discretion to determine if the referral qualifies for the program or not.
Not all services qualify for a referral payment; examples that do not qualify include services such as printing, scans, shipping, and travel.
Payment will be made to the Referrer on a quarterly basis, within 30 days following the last day of the quarter (calendar year)
There is no cap on referral payments for all new referral business.
Neither BayCreative nor the Referrer shall have the authority to bind the other by contract or otherwise, or to make representations as to the policies or procedures of the other. Both parties acknowledge and agree that their relationship arising from this referral does not constitute or create a general agency, joint venture, partnership, employee relationship, or franchise between them.
The Referrer acknowledges that any submission of a referred account will be subject to BayCreative’s acceptance of such referred accounts in BayCreative’s sole discretion.
In the event BayCreative receives conflicting referrals from different Referrers or BayCreative employees, BayCreative may in its sole discretion determine who will receive credit for such referrals.
BayCreative will have no liability to the Referrer for the referral payment should BayCreative be unable to or fail to provide service to any referral provided by the Referrer.
If a Referrer refers an account that BayCreative considers in its sole discretion to be fraudulent, this account will not be included in any Referrer commission.
