But the most important connection, the one with your customer, ironically, had been evading Olander. Prescription: brand update. BayCreative took great care refreshing the brand across all the core identity assets including bringing forward more relevant services like Virtual Managed Inventory and Kitting. Along with a new design, we rebuilt the website and backend with their massive inventory and paved the way for greater automation and convenience for customers and staff alike.
